Robert and his team arrived on the dot (as he had confirmed). The old tenant had left a mess and the fridge was stinky. I left the crew and came back to a spotless condo ready to rent out. He even called me to tell me what needed to be repaired (things I hadn't noticed). I would hire them again :)
